If you are dissatisfied with your air filter(s) for any reason, TheFilterBox.com will either replace the air filter(s) at no charge or refund the amount paid for the previous month of service in dispute. Requests must be made directly to TheFilterBox.com at CustomerService@TheFilterBox.com. All requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of TheFilterBox.com shipment date. Promptly following TheFilterBox.com’s receipt of your request, TheFilterBox.com (typically within five (5) business days) will credit the amount paid for the Product to the credit card used to make the original purchase or ship another air filter(s) that you’ve selected to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TheFilterBox.com does not control when a specific credit card company processes a credit transaction.
TheFilterBox.com will not provide a refund or a replacement for a request that is received by TheFilterBox.com more than fifteen (15) days after the date of original shipment. TheFilterBox.com also does not provide a refund or replacement for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
